Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.

• We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within the United States after the order has been shipped.

U.S. Shipping Only

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

• All orders must be shipped to a U.S. address (including APO/FPO addresses).

Limited Quantity Products

• Our products are available in limited quantities. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it—items are only secured once checkout is completed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

• Provide your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll help resolve the issue or file a claim with the shipping carrier.
